"You'll never win against me." Yumiro glowered at the monsters confidently.

Seeing him acting like this, he probably won't hold back from this match.

"G-Grim, we should retreat right now. Our VR life is our top priority here!" Roshy immediately suggested.

Far away from his behind, his ears perceived a broken voice of a woman. So glimpsed at it to see what was it.

He clicked his tongue, as he had seen Roshy was kneeling on the wet surface. And the mud-plastered on her knees and legs.

But how he could retreat if the monsters were already surrounded him? So he just pretended that he didn't hear any kind of voice and focused more on those monsters.

"Hey! Don't play like a deaf, I know you can hear me! We should retreat in the meantime, there's a chance that you can't withstand against them!" She continuously yelled as she seemingly had no plan to stop until Grim approached her.

At this point, it was inevitable to lost his cool. So he directly stared at her with furious eyes.

"You hadn't care if those monsters killed me. Because first of all, you're the reason why I drowned in this type of situation." He annoyingly said. "So from now on, I don't want to see your place. I suggest you should leave while I can control myself."

Roshy suddenly flinched. "N-No, don't say that. I just didn't anticipate those adventurers would leave us here." She quickly stood up. "Hold on, Grim. I'll do everything to support you with those monsters."

He had a malicious smile on his face, as this woman still had some guts to tag along with him.

"You don't feel a shame? If I were you leave this place. And please, don't ever show your face to me."

Before he immersed an attack on the monsters, he opened the function screen. To disband their party raid.

After the screen appeared right before his eyes. Roshy kneeled once more. "T-This is for real? I'm the one who planned all the things in this expedition." She slowly looking at her hands that were full of mud. "Yeah... He's actually right. I'm the reason why those monsters might kill you."

She admitted her mistake, knowing all the words that came out of Grim's were exactly right.

Their argument and all the things troubled inside their heads were easily washed away. As the 8 Paraganda fish monsters were the ones who decided to make the first move.

Moreover, the young man had silver-white hair didn't feel any type of fear in his chest.

As soon as the monsters charged randomly, he promptly bounced on the wet surface even though he felt his feet were sticky on it. It was his way to show his fight posture, so the monsters couldn't foresee his attacks.

He barely smiles, then jumped back away from the lake. Knowing if he stayed in his current location, the monsters could easily hit him.

The exact health power of each Paraganda fish was around 250. Based on their looks, those monsters could last than the other monsters he fought.

In his mind, having a huge distance from the lake would give him a perfect vision to see where the monsters would come out. Also, it will grant him enough time, to make a reasonable plan.

He didn't anticipate just three monsters would show-off out of the lake. Yet, they were already whirling in the mid-air along with their spears. Or to be precise, it was like an electric drill that could inflict a large hole on his chest in just the blink of an eye.

Three monsters were swiftly heading at him at the same time. He knew he could catch two spears, but probably one spear would stab him and can deal high damage. So to avoid the worst-case scenario, he ran meters away.

Their spears drilled on the wet surface, and some mud scattered all over the place. His main problem here, those monsters were preferred in semi-mid-range combat and him was a close combat fighter. This means he should attain a closer distance to deal some damage, but he didn't know how to do it.

When the moment, he was distracted. Three more monsters came out of the lake.

His eyes were widened, as the spears already in front of him. The only thing he could do was to catch the two spears and let the other one stabs him.

Moreover, it seemed the ulterior motives of the Paraganda fish was to lower the guard of this adventurer. So they could effortlessly annihilate him.

Since the spears' handle locked him down in a certain position, Yumiro couldn't raise any of his legs so he could counter-attack.

Consecutive splashed of water was transpired, as the two remaining monsters suddenly revealed themselves. Under his thread, was numerous marble so when the time he stepped back a bit, he slipped.

All of sudden, he fell to the ground with a blank expression on his face. As he was savvy at this current position, those monsters could land a hit.

His mouth was widely opened as the two spears immediately stabbed his body. And even he didn't feel any kind of pain, the monsters' aggression and the extreme experience in the VR world pushed him to feel terrified.

He was lying on the surface, and the wet floor before was added his blood. As his blood splashes where their spears stabbed him.

"I should not stay in this position for too long." He raised his hands to block the multiple spears coming at him.

Luckily, some of the monsters' attacks were sliding on his rusty gauntlet. Which one helped him to reduce the damage.

However, his confidence was faded away as seeing the monsters didn't give him a small chance to regain his footing.

Behind his arms, the elevated screen flashed in front of him. He then noticed his health power was down by 70%. Although he had a high vitality it wasn't enough to replenish all the damages he received.

"I can't stay like this, I'm being outnumbered." Out of desperation, Yumiro used all his strength to push all the monsters.

The monsters sent back to the skill while blinking his eyes in surprise. Wondering where was the massive strength came from?

Yet, he didn't forget to stabilize his footing. Since there was a chance the aggressive monster would make their counter-attack.

The rounded marble along with his blood was the main reason why the surface became more slippery.

Now, he was dodging the 3 spears at once, while the other 5 monsters were still on the lake. Preparing for the sneak attacks.

After he stepped back again, the 3 Paraganda fish were back at the lake with the same rhythm, because another 3 monsters showed up to make a followed up attack.

But Yumiro already expected since he heard again the splashes of water. So he used that chance to dash in and make his first combo attack.

He dashed in 4 meters distance, then bent his knees when he met the exact distance he needed. It was the best way to gathered some strength on your legs.

He leaped into the mid-air and stretching his left leg to the same level as his head. He aimed the monster positioned in the middle, then his heel was instantly landed on the center of the monster's head.

It fell to the ground that created a crack on its head. After his feet landed on the ground the same with the 2 monsters, he knew the monsters were being aggressive to assault him, so he cast two skills at once.

"It's gambling, but at least I try."

Then suddenly his body was gleamed after saying the skill he acquired. He hadn't a bit of control over it as the strength he inflicted was wildly circulating all over his body.

But as soon as his body rotated to 360° he just pierced to his mind that he needed to concentrate the strength on his left foot.

He released outstanding power, that even Roshy from behind couldn't believe what she was seeing right now. "It just only kicks, but way more look like keen swords that swiftly tear the monsters apart."

The monsters' heads were brutally separated from their bodies with along their blood that keep splashing out from their necks. His left foot was like a sword that could cut a large boulder.

"Ha!" He yelled as he jumped into the monster who received his [Jumping axe kick] skill.

He thinks again that he needed to concentrate his power on his fist. After his body gleamed come along with the color of red that passing into his vein through his fist.

He widely swung his left arms with the light of his fist.

He hardly punched the monster's head, even some blood scattered his face. Paraganda fish was magnified into particles that there was no sign it was the head.

A new notification from the system flickered his eyes, but he didn't care about it. In his mind, he needed to regain his footing to fight the remaining monsters under the lake.

But after he pushed himself into a stood-up position, his vision was hazy that force him to kneel on the ground.

Multiple red screens appeared right before his eyes.

His vision was vague that he couldn't last long into it. Eventually, he fell to the ground with an exhausted expression.
