The CEO's Dark Wife

At Lu conglomerate, Lu Qian sat in his office when his assistant walked in.

"Sir...I've just gotten news that all the investors at the Mu Enterprise left" Lu Qian's assistant said.

"OK... set a meeting with the investors" Lu Qian said.

"Yes..sir" the assistant said as he left.

Few minutes after the meeting, Hua Corporation was making the headlines. Investors were trooping in.

"This is too much.....Mu Enterprise looses its investors in a day and Hua Corporation gets investors in a day...something is going on"

"I'm sure the investors finally realized that the Mu Enterprise is a waste of time and money"

"It's true though after all the Hua Corporation is one of the biggest corporation in the company"

"But all the investors left the Mu Enterprise and went to the Hua Enterprise AT ONCE?...how were they all convinced.. and who convinced them?". The people were in a frenzy.

"I'm sure that Hua Corporation had something to do with our investors leaving...." Mu Chen said in anger.

"Mu Chen...stop saying rubbish" Mu Chen's father said.

"Rubbish....father you think I'm saying rubbish...it's the truth I'm telling you....my sources confirmed it" Mu Chen said.

"And so what if they did?...should we go out and start accusing the Hua family of stealing our investors?...." Mu Chen's father asked. Mu Chen's face turned pale, there was really no way to get the investors back. The Mu Enterprise was already at its knees. Mu Chen turned to Mu Feng who was sitting quietly.

"Mu Feng...you are close friends with Hua Er Bao and her mother right?... in fact I see you with them almost every time...I'm sure you will be able to ask them to talk to Old Master Hua to give back our investors" Mu Chen said as he looked at his brother. After giving it much thought

"OK I'll go ask them" Mu Feng said as he left.

"At least this way we have hopes of getting back everything". Mu Chen sad to his father

"Don't get your hopes up" Mu Chen's father said.

At Wang Fang's house, Hua Er Bao and Wang Fang were busy discussing the Mu Enterprise when Mu Feng walked in.

"Mu Feng are you OK?....we heard what happened" Hua Er Bao asked.

"No...I'm not" Mu Feng said. He then turned to Wang Fang.

"Aunt I need your help" Mu Feng said almost crying.

"Help?...what help?" Wang Fang asked.

"I need you to talk to Old Master Hua to bring back our investors... we will...." Mu Feng didn't finish when Wang Fang spoke

"I can't" Wang Fang sad clearly.

"What?...what do you mean you can't?" Mu Feng asked confused.

"Mu Feng be reasonable....if I ask Old Master Hua to give back all the investors...then the Hua corporation will be at a loss and I can't let that happen because very soon I will be taking over the Hua Corporation and I don't think that giving back your investors is good for business.... and besides what makes you think that we took all your investors?" Wang Fang asked. Mu Feng was shocked, he didn't expect Wang Fang to say this.

"So you are telling me that you won't help me?" Mu Feng asked angrily

"Yes" Wang Fang said.

"Mu Feng don't take it personal...it's just that we can't afford to loose anything" Hua Er Bao said.

"Fine...you won't help me right?...then I'll go and tell Ruo Lan that the two of you have been plotting against her" Mu Feng said.

"OK go and tell her everything... let's see who she believes...you or her own family" Wang Fang said. Mu Feng became mute. After everything that happened, Hua Ruo Lan will never believe him again.

"The two of you will regret this" Mu Feng said as he left angrily.

Back at the Emerald Mansion, Hua Ruo Lan was busy thinking about everything that happened. How did her father's company get so many investors in one day?. It all seem too suspicious but in her heart, she couldn't shake off the feeling that Lu Qian had something to do with it. Later in the evening, Lu Qian came home and went into his room. His eyes followed the hands that reached his tie. It was Hua Ruo Lan. She loosened his tie slowly. She raised up her head and stared at him. Looking into her gorgeous green, he could already guess that she knew everything but wasn't sure.

"I did it" He confessed. Hua Ruo Lan gave a bright smile which made Lu Qian confused.

"Why did you do it?" she asked as she continued smiling.

" Mr Shen told me how he almost hit you...I needed to make him pay" he answered.

"Wait...you ruined his father's businesse just because he ALMOST hit me....what if he really did hit me, what would you have done?" Hua Ruo Lan asked.

"Then you would have been asking me a different question because everyone would have been talking about his death" Lu Qian answered. Hua Ruo Lan's heart melted when she heard this, she couldn't hold her self back anymore, she kissed him deeply. Lu Qian couldn't hold himself back either,so he complied and kissed her back.
