The CEO's Dark Wife

Wen Lan was loss for words. She didn't understand anything that happened just now.

"Let's go" Hua Ruo Lan said as she held Wen Lan's hand and led her out of the hotel.

"Where are we going?" Wen Lan asked as they approached the car.

"To my cousin's" Hua Ruo Lan said as the driver opened the door for them. Wen Lan's eyes almost popped out as she saw the dragon like emblem on the driver's uniform. Only the Lu family workers were allowed to wear this emblem. She looked at Hua Ruo Lan as she became more curious. Few minutes later, they arrived at Lin Yan's villa.

"So you're the girl who caused Mu Feng's accident...nice to meet you I'm Li Yan." Li Yan introduced herself with a big smile on her face.

"How do you know about that?" Wen Lan asked.

"I'll tell you later but first tell me what happened to your sister" Hua Ruo Lan said. Wen Lan sighed and waited for a bit before she finally spoke.

"Her name was Wen Ling. She was my elder sister. She was always looking out for me all the time. 4 years ago I was at a bar with my friends and that's were I met Mu Feng. He approached me and after numerous meetings, we started dating." Wen Lan said as tears filled her eyes.

"Here take this" Li Yan said as she gave her a tissue.

"Months later, I introduced him to my family as my boyfriend. He got along with them so well and I was very happy. One night, he came to the hotel where my sister was working as a janitor... he was with a woman. I later found out that her name was Ye Ruo Shi" Wen Lan said as her voice became hoarse. " The way Mu Feng started behaving with Ye Ruo Shi made my sister suspicious, she told me but I didn't believe her because I was blinded by love,so my sister decided to show me proof that he was cheating. So I followed her to the hotel."

"The door wasn't opened so we just went inside... that's when I saw Mu Feng kissing Ruo Shi's neck...after that he moved to her lips....he was about to undress her when I shouted his name....he was startled and he quickly jumped out of bed...the next thing I know, he started begging me and asking for forgiveness. He lost it when my sister told him that she recorded everything and that she was going to tell everybody about what happened. I just stood there looking at him, my sister held my hands as she walked towards the door....next thing I know, I saw my sister lying on the floor in a pool of blood...Mu Feng hit her with a bottle... everything happened so fast..I was so shocked that I didn't know when Mu Feng and Ye Ruo Shi left...everything looked so surreal to me at that moment... when I finally came back to my senses, I screamed for help but it was too late. My sister was already gone." Wen Lan said as she couldn't stop the flow of tears coming down from her eyes.

"Then...then..why didn't you do anything about it?...Why didn't you go to the police station?...why didn't you charge him to court?" Li Yan asked as she joined Wen Lan in tears.

"I tried...but no one was willing to help me because at that time the Mu family were still hitting it big. So when I heard that they had lost everything, I knew it was the right time to take action against them" Wen Lan said. Hua Ruo Lan sat quietly as Wen Lan explained everything. During that period, she was still dating Mu Feng so Mu Feng was cheating on the both of them with Ye Ruo Shi and she was unknowingly dating a murderer.

"Can I ask a question?" Wen Lan asked as she turned to Hua Ruo Lan."
