The CEO's Dark Wife

Hua Ruo Lan was at home. She didn't go to Lu conglomerate because of the incident that happened yesterday and she also wanted to spend time with her son. She sat in the garden while Lu Jin was playing with Chang Ying and Lan Fen while Hua Ruo Lan sat on a bench under a flower shade in the garden while some servants stood besides her. The bodyguards present were keeping watch just in case of any unexpected incident.

Hua Ruo Lan was sitting comfortably while holding her phone in one hand. She looked like a queen.

Li Yan who came along with Wen Lan walked into the garden and saw Hua Ruo Lan sitting gracefully. Wen Lan had been going nuts ever since she arrived at the mansion. It was the first time visiting the Emerald Mansion. She had heard about the mansion several times but she never dreamed of visiting it not to talk of stepping inside.

As for Li Yan, she didn't feel a thing. Maybe it was because she was raised as a rich girl or because she had been to the mansion countless of times. As they slowly approached where Hua Ruo Lan was sitting, they felt like they were in the presence of a queen. Their knees almost fell to the ground as they stood before her. Hua Ruo Lan raised up her head and saw the two girls standing before her staring.

"What happened?" Hua Ruo Lan asked because she was confused. She didn't expect them to stare at her like that. Li Yan and Wen Lan didn't say anything. They were busy thinking about how her eyes and her voice. Her beautiful green eyes sparked with gentility but was surrounded with mystery. It was hard to know what she would tell you next or what she would next. Her voice was calm and sweet but it was very powerful with all forms of authority around it.

"Guys....what happened?....why are you staring at me like that?" Hua Ruo Lan asked oblivious of the queen - like character she had suddenly developed overnight. Li Yan managed to get a grip of herself and sat down beside her cousin. Wen Lan also sat besides Hua Ruo Lan.

"We managed to convince Cheng Jiao to come see us today" Li Yan said.

"That's great....where?" Hua Ruo Lan asked excitedly.

"She said she'll text us the...." Wen Lan stopped as she saw a text on her phone.

"Cheng Jiao just texted me....we should go now"Wen Lan said as the three of them left.

30 minutes later, the three women arrived at an old uncompleted building. It wasa bit dark.

"Are you sure this is the place?" Li Yan asked. She was scared to death. She hated buildings like this.

"Yes it is....this is the umpteen time you've asked me that question" Wen Lan answered without a trace of fear on her voice. She was really determined to put her sister's killer behind bars even if it will cost her own life. Hua Ruo Lan was also very determined to make Mu Feng pay what what he did to her. It was as if Li Yan was the only person scared so she decides to get her act together. This place was worse than a haunted house. Which kind of normal person would choose this place as a meeting spot.

"Well we are here already....where is she?" Li Yan asked because she was getting impatient.

"I'm here" a voice said coming from the dark. The woman slowly walked towards them. Hua Ruo Lan, Wen Lan, Li Yan and even Cheng Jiao were shocked. Their eyes almost left it's socket as they stared at the girl in front of them.

"OK.... this is creepy" Wen Lan said in awe.

"Li...Li...Yan she..." Hua Ruo Lan stopped she couldn't even finish the words.

"She looks exactly like me" Li Yan said in disbelief. Yes the person standing before them is the exact replica of Li Yan but she was a bit taller than her.

"Wait those this mean you guys are twins?" Wen Lan asked as she looked at both Li Yan and Cheng Jiao.
