"No..no...no that's not possible I'm the only ME in this world" Li Yan answered trying to convince herself that what she was seeing wasn't real. Cheng Jiao herself was shocked with what she was seeing. She didn't expect this kind of situation. Taking one glance at Cheng Jiao, you could tell that she was from a poor home. The clothes she wore were faded and her hair was scattered.

"Look at her....I'm sure if we just take her for a makeover....there will be no difference between the two of you" Hua Ruo Lan said as she looked at both of them excitedly.

"I'm sure she's a clone" Li Yan said."Tell me who cloned me....which lab did you come from?" Li Yan asked facing Cheng Jiao.

"No....I'm pretty sure I was given birth to" Cheng Jiao answered.

"OK.... we'll sort this matter out later but first we need something from you Cheng Jiao" Hua Ruo Lan said as she looked at her.

"I...I...I know you....you are that woman....Hua Ruo Lan... yes?" Cheng Jiao asked excitedly.

"Yes she is...." Li Yan answered." We came here on another matter though....but first we need to get out of here" Li Yan said. She didn't like the place at all. The four of them left and went to Li Yan's villa.

This was the first time she had been to a villa. Li Yan pulled Hua Ruo Lan to a corner and left Cheng Jiao with Wen Lan.

"This is impossible.....I mean she can't be my twin sister " Li Yan panicked.

"Li Yan relax.....we don't know her so don't assume anything" Hua Ruo Lan said as she tried to calm her cousin.

Cheng Jiao was looking at everything excitedly.

If it turns out that Li Yan was really her sister then doesn't that mean that this villa is hers as well? Cheng Jiao asked herself silently and smiled broadly when she thought of it.

"Hey.... what's the relationship between the three of you ?"Cheng Jiao asked Wen Lan who was texting with her phone.

"Oh...I'm their friends while Hua Ruo Lan and Li Yan are cousins"Wen Lan answered with a smile before facing her phone. Cheng Jiao was deeply excited when she heard that. She might just be the cousin to the most important woman in the country.

After a while, Hua Ruo Lan and Li Yan sat with Wen Lan and Cheng Jiao.

"Cheng Jiao....we need your help"Hua Ruo Lan said and started explaining the reason they asked her to meet with them.

"Why did you swallow the card though?"Li Yan asked. She didn't understand why anyone would swallow a card when they could simply hide it.

"The person who was looking for the video before the three of you sent some thugs to my house just to make sure I truly destroyed the evidence" Cheng Jiao answered.

"He told me to destroy the evidence but after watching the video, I knew that someone else would come looking for it.....so when the thugs came I was caught off guard so I just put it in my mouth and swallowed it..... they looked everywhere for it but they couldn't find it so they left".

"The person that asked you to destroy the evidence.....did you see him?"Wen Lan asked.

"No....he never showed himself to me but he called me only once..... but I have his number..." Cheng Jiao said as she brought out her phone and showed them the number. Li Yan and Wen Lan looked at the number a few times and decided to call it.

"Don't bother..... that's Mu Feng's number" Hua Ruo Lan said taking just a glance at the number. Wen Lan and Li Yan didn't say anything after that.

How could she not know that number?. After spending her entire life hoping that the person who owned that number would call her and tell that he just wanted to hear her voice but that person never did.She kept staring at the number. She hated herself when she started thinking about how she wasted her entire life for someone that was never worth it in the first place.
