Hua Ruo Lan snapped out of her thoughts. Now that Cheng Jiao was here, they needed to get the card out of her body.

"Cheng Jiao we need to get the card out of your body as quickly as possible.....and I know it's a lot to ask but we really need this"

After thinking about it for a few minutes, Cheng Jiao finally agreed.

While Hua Ruo Lan and Wen Lan were busy talking to Cheng Jiao, Li Yan hacked Mu Feng's phone. Her heart almost stopped beating when she saw the text Mu Feng sent to one of his friend.

"Mu Feng is leaving" Li Yan said to the three women.

"What?!!!"Wen Lan screamed.

"Where.... where is he going to? "Hua Ruo Lan asked. She didn't expect Mu Feng to leave.

"He just told one of his friends to help him get tickets....he's going to Russia....and I don't think he's ever coming back....he's leaving tomorrow morning " Li Yan said a bit panicked.

"Oh.... Oh.. this is not good.....not good"Wen Lan stood up and started walking round.

"Wen Lan.... relax.... "Hua Ruo Lan held her and turned to her cousin.

"We need to find someone to operate on Cheng Jiao immediately." Hua Ruo Lan picked up her phone and dialed a number.

"Hello" a bold voice came from the other end. Hua Ruo Lan was hesitant at first but she finally spoke.

"It's me Ruo Lan ".

"What do you want? " the voice asked coldly.

"I need your help..please.... it's urgent..." Hua Ruo Lan begged. There was no response from the other end of the line.

"With what?" the voice said sounding a bit concerned.

"Operation" Hua Ruo Lan said sharply.

"What?!!... Ruo Lan are you OK?....did something happen? " the voice asked with traces of shock and deep concern.

"No.... no... not me.... it's for my friend..... I need you to get something out of her body" Hua Ruo Lan answered.

"What's in her body? "the voice asked.

"I'll tell you when we get there" Hua Ruo Lan answered.

"OK.... I'll get ready " the voice said as the line went dead.

"We need to leave now" Hua Ruo Lan said as she picked up her bag.

"I'll stay here.... the three of you can go... I'll watch Mu Feng just in case he makes any sudden move" Li Yan said. She hated hospitals. Hua Ruo Lan, Wen Lan and Cheng Jiao left in a hurry.

40 minutes later, they arrived at New Life hospital. This hospital is awarded with different awards every blessed year. It is the one stop hospital for any important person in the country.

As soon as they stepped inside, they could whispers, lot and lot of whispers.

"Isn't that Hua Ruo Lan?....what is she doing here? "

"God.....she looks so beautiful in person "

"Did something happen?....is she sick?"

"Can't you tell if a person is sick or not?... I'm sure she's here for plastic surgery"

"Why would she need plastic surgery?..she's the envy of all the women in the country....she's already blessed....what does she need it for?"

Some doctors, nurses and some patients whispered as silently as they could. In just an instant, the internet got the news about Hua Ruo Lan 's visit to the hospital.Tgey began asking different questions.

"Is she sick?"

"Why is she at the hospital?"

"Is she pregnant?"

"Did something terrible happen? "

"Can someone please explain why Hua Ruo Lan is at the hospital?"

"Hi Sawyer" Hua Ruo Lan said to the man standing in front of her with a smile on her face. This is the first time she had seen him since they graduated from college. They had a very big fight because of Mu Feng and she swore never to see him again but that was before she reincarnated.

"This is my friend Wen Lan and this is... " Hua Ruo Lan stopped when Sawyer spoke.

"Why is Li Yan dressed like that? " Sawyer asked confused. Sawyer is also Li Yan's friend and knowing Li Yan as a typical lady, even if she has to go to hell, she would never wear such clothes.

"This isn't Li Yan " Hua Ruo Lan answered. Sawyer's jaw almost dropped, if someone had told him,he would never believe that Li Yan was a twin sister. His face was full of confusion and his mouth was filled with questions.

"Listen Sawyer..... we don't have much time" Hua Ruo Lan said.

"Oh... OK....follow me" Sawyer said as the three women followed him.

Few minutes later, Cheng Jiao was inside the operating room while Wen Lan and Hua Ruo Lan were waiting impatiently.

"How long does it take to get a card out of someone?!!" Wen Lan asked as she paced around.

"Not long...but you have to mind one of the five major organs in the body"Sawyer said coming out of the operating room and handed them the card.

"Can we take Cheng Jiao home?"Hua Ruo Lan asked. Sawyer looked at Hua Ruo Lan and wondered if she was dumb or just pretending to be dumb.

"No.... you can't....she just had an operation for goodness sake.....meanwhile we both have a lot of things to discuss.Sawyer said as he held her hand.

"I'll go give this card to Li Yan"WenLan said as she left the hospital. Sawyer dragged Hua Ruo Lan to his office.
