The Might Of A System Wielder

Note: Since some of you wanted Alan to go solo here is the chapter for you, plus this way I can make plot lines and time skip much more easier.

PS: He will still participate in the war to save Ace, and yes he will use DT.

"A friend."

"A friend?"

"That's right."

Perona who was still looking down on Alan due to her giant size was confused, Perona knows that for the last 10 years she been here on Thriller Bark with no interaction besides her captain and the people that her captain had took in, that along with her bear.

The silent was terrifying for the crew members as they were confused on who this Perona person is however from the interaction Alan is having they can see as she is somewhat harmless.

"Leave Gecko Moria and come with me!" Alan said looking up.

"And why should I do that?"

"Because you'll have more fun coming with me!"

'If I remeber corectly Perona is only following Gecko because it's fun.'

"So what do you think of my offer?"

Silent appeared once again,

'Why is she still thinking! I thought she wanted to have fun? Since it doesn't look like she's willing to leave with me then so be it, I only wanted her since she was one of my favourite girl in One Piece.'

"I'll let you think about it, if you ever change your mind look for me on Fish-Man Island!" Alan said while heading towards Luffy.

"Luffy even though I only joined recently and only a short amount of time have pass by, being in your crew was fun! I do really wish to stay in your crew. But I have to part ways with you, like I said to Perona I will be waiting for you all on Fish-Man Island."

Luffy listening to Alan was sad that one of his crew member was leaving but Luffy know that it won't be the last time they will meet it each other.

"Good luck out there!" Luffy said giving off his iconic smile.

'Rei how much is it for a vivre card?'

"Here Luffy this is my vivre card, keep it safe." Alan said tearing a piece of paper and giving it to Luffy.

"This? It's the same one as my brother!" Luffy said looking at the card.

"But what does it do?" Luffy looking at the card still confused.

"You'll figure it out when the time comes." Alan said giving off a smile.

"Now then I should leave, Perona do me a favour and help them out will ya."

Perona who was still thinking snap out from her day dreaming and look back to Alan.

"And why should I do that?"

"I'll give you this puppy doll if you agree." Alan said pulling out a doll he just bought from Rei for 10 points.

"Hmph, don't think just a doll can persuade me."

"Then how about two?" Alan said pulling another one out.

"Fine! But I wont help them, I'll only stay out of there way."

"Thanks!"

"Now give me the doll!" Perona said putting her hand out to get the doll.

"I thought you can't touch anything in that form."

"Ah that's right! How could I forget!"

*Sigh*

"Wait a sec." Alan then activated his Heavenly Eye to see where Perona was casting her projection from.

Locating Perona location Alan made a small cut in the air as usual and through the dolls through it.

"When you go back to your body the doll you be nearby." Alan told Perona.

"Really? Thanks then!" Perona then disappeared.

"You guys should get going through my portal and go help Brook."

"We will!" Luffy loudly yelled.

"That's good to hear, I'll be going now then. The portal will stay there until you all pass through it."

"Okay, later then Alan, I hope we can meet each other again!" Luffy said his farewell again.

"Un." Alan then create another portal and left.

[[Marine Headquareters]]

"Are you joking with me?" A man said through his Den Den Mushi.

"I wish I was, but I saw it with my own two eyes." A man on the other side of the Den Den Mushi said.

"Garp, I know that you want to protect your grandson from us, but creating a fake bounty that even rivals against The Yonko on a random person we don't even know about is going too far, even for you!" The man yelled.

"Believe whatever you want Sengoku, but I know what I saw and it's as real as It get. Don't blame me for not warning you when it becomes a problem."

The call ended right after and Sengoku who was seated in his room look trouble by what Garp has said.

"We already have enough trouble as it is and now another person appeard from the blue and Garp even said he could rival The Yonko. Just what the hell is up with this genaration!" Sengoku said to himself showing a troubled face.

Though Sengoku doesn't want to put a bounty on a random stranger, Sengoku knows Garp character and he wouldn't lie about something as big as this.

After thinking about it, Sengoku called for a soldier.

"Sir! What can I do for you!"

"Go tell those who issue the bounties to come here."

"Right away sir!"

The soldier then adn after a few minute a few soldier came in.

"Sir! We heard you called for us!"

"That's right, this bounty will be another huge one which is why I called you all here to quickly make as much of it as possible."

"Understood!"

"The bounty will be set at 1,000,000,000 Beli."

The group of soldier that heard 1,000,000,000 Beli was surprised and thought they heard it wrong.

"Sir? Just to make sure, you said 1,000,000,000 Beli?" One of the soldier asked skeptical.

"That's right."

The replied gave a fright to the soldier since only The Yonko have bounties over 1 billion, this mean another powerful pirate had appeared.

"Sir, If I may ask who is the person that we are putting the bounty for?"

"A kid."

This gave even more shock to the marine, if a kid can rival The Yonko at his age then just imagine what he will be in five or even ten years!

"Then sir what is the kid's name?"

"I don't know, but Garp said to me that the kid's abilities is almost like he doesn't belong to this world, and instead hail from another world."

"So for now just put his name as 'The Outsider', we can always change it later."

"Here is a picture that Garp managed to get through god knows how."

Sengoku then passed a picture of Alan when he was on Luffy's ship on the bowsprit in his stance readying Yamato.

"Make sure this goes around, understand?"

"Yes Sir!" The group of marine yelled back and returned back to their station ready to make a bunch of copies and publishing it.

Meanwhile Alan was already on Fish-Man island and already booked a place in a inn.
