Done with booking for a place to stay, Alan begins to go around and explore Fish-Man Island.

Roaming around the place, Alan can see that the people are all very happy thanks to Whitebeard protection.

'Truly unfortunate that he dies during the war.'

Alan who continued on exploring the place came across the iconic 'Mermaid Café'.

Walking towards the entrace Alan just stopped in his footstep, after remembering something very crucial.

'I have no money...'

'Should I also just use my sharingan like I did with the receiptioneist?' Alan thought, but still couldn't get an answer.

'This really is troublesome...Rei can I use the system points to trade for money?'

Alan then felt something came intohis inventory space. Checking it he saw that he now has 800,000 Beli to his name.

'It should be enough.'

Alan then walked into the cafe.

Upon entering, Alan was already gifted with fan service. Many of the mermaids can be seen either singing or dancing, while other were serving the other customer.

"Welcome!" Said a mermaid coming towards Alan while wearing a floatie around her hip.

"Ah hello." Alan replied back looking at the mermaid.

"Will you be dinning alone?"

"That's correct."

"Then please follow me to a table."

Arriving at a table the mermaid gave Alan a menu.

"I'll take one of each!" Alan said passing back the menu to the mermaid.

"Roger that!"

The mermaid then left Alan alone.

'Since I got nothing to do, I should might as well train up my skill till Perona appears, but then again I wonder how she will enter. If I remember correctly this is one of the hardest place to get to since people need to get their ship coated.'

'Well if she can't get here by the time the war start I'll just go find her.'

The food arrived, and on the table a variety of food can be seen.

There cake, sea fruits, wakame seaweed brulee, mozuku seaweed tarts, konbu kelp souffle, shellfish meat, scallop sandwiches, and shijimi clam pizza.

"Please enjoy!" The mermaid said after placing down all the food on the table.

"Thank you."

Finishing his meal, Alan called for his bill.

"That would be 21,000 Beli!"

Alan then gave the money and left.

"I should go and train now."

Arriving back at his room, Alan went inside Kamui to train.

Coming out of his room, Alan went down and had his breakfast and was prepared to leave since he only paid for 1 week of rest.

'Luffy crew should be arriving at Sabaody soon, might as well go there and cause some havoc before they do.'

Once Alan arrived, Alan as usual finds a place to rest first before roaming the area.

Walking around the city to look for a place to rest, Alan notice that the some of the people are looking at him and seems to be scared.

'What is going on?' Alan asked himself confused on why people are looking scared.

Roaming around more while trying to look for a a place to rest, Alan finally understand why the people seem to be scared.

Looking down on a paper that Alan managed to find, Alan just gave a smirk looking at it.

The paper was none other than the bounty Sengoku placed on Alan.

"Pretty impressive for my first ever bounty." Alan said being proud of it.

"The Outsider? Seems like Garp has some sharp senses, well that's a marine hero for ya. I wonder what face he will make knowing that I am actually from a different world? Well unfrotunely for him I won't be reaveling it, hehehe."

Finally after walking for half an hour Alan manged to find a inn to stay at, once everything was paid Alan head back out.

'Now then let's see if I can find any Celestial Dragon to mess around with hehehe.'

Thinking about how he will find a Celestial Dragon, Alan heard a cry from the street of the city.

"Someone help please!" The voice cried out louder and louder as Alan head towards it.

"Please stop hitting my mother *sob* please stop hitting her." The voice wail trying to ask for help.

Arriving at the scene Alan can see that a middle age women was currently hugging her daughter while a man in a white robe wearing a bubble case can be seen whipping at the middle age women.

"Damn trash dare to bump into me?!" The man said while continuing whipping and whipping.

"Please help *sob* someone please..." The daughter continued to wailed for help but the people can only look at her way.

"F.u.c.k.i.n.g trash! This is what happens when you mess with me!" The Celestial Dragon said while still whipping away.

Alan who saw this was fumming with rage. Though Alan is strong physically, Alan was still weak when it comes to emotional things such as this.

Alan thought that since he is fine with killing people, something like this should be a peace of cake for him to handle, yet it seems that Alan had underestimate how much it would effect him.

"Please stop hitting my mother *sob* *sob*" The daughter continued crying with tears keep on falling.

The mother who looking at her crying child know that she can't do anything so she instead just keept a smile on her face while enduring the pain of being whipped.

Looking at the mother, Alan can see that if she get another hit by that whip she will be dead for sure.

The mother who knows that her end was near gave her child one finally smile.

"Be strong..." The mother said with smile.

She then closed her eyer ready to accept her death but it never came.

Opening back her eyes she saw a young man infront of her grabbing hold of the whip.

"Who are you?!"

"Do you not know who your messing with trash?!" The Celestial Dragon yelled at Alan.

"I know fully well who you pigs are!" Alan yelled back with anger.

The Celestial Dragon hearing that he was called a pig was infuriated.

"Guards! Guards! Capture this man!" The Celestial Dragon said to the marine soldiers.

The five marine guards that were with the Celestial Dragon surrounded Alan.

"You marines better get out of my way or I won't be showing mercy!" Alan yelled towards them all.

The marines hearing that were scared however they still moved forward in surrounding Alan, since Alan was one person.

"I already warned and since you didn't appreciate it, then don't blame me for being merciless!" Alan said while looking at the marines.

The marines which didn't care about what Alan said continued moving forward trying to trap him.

The marine that was right infront of him suddenly dropped his gun and started screaming scaring the other marines.

The marine that was screaming was holding onto his head as if he was having a bad headache, and finally after screaming for a bit longer...

*Pop*

The head of the marine burst open, blood and brain were scatered everywhere.

The other four marine witnessing what had just happened were scared shitless. They all started to shiver with sweat falling down on them.

One of them which couldn't cope with what just happened tried to run away, however he only got so far before another pop was heard.

The other three which was already scared shitless was afraid like never before now.

"PLEASE SPAR-"

*Pop*

The marine couldn't even finish his sentence before his head was pop like the rest.

"I already warned you all, and I give no second chances!" Alan said to the headless marine on the ground.

The last two marine died the same way.

The two body both feel down onto the street with blood splatered everywhere.

Alan after finishing off the marines turn his head towards the Celestial Dragon, who can be seen drench in sweat.
