Water World Cultivation

Leo opens his eyes and is welcomed by blurry vision. Suddenly an unknown woman's face pops up.

Leo realizes that the face is huge. He then realizes that the woman is holding him.

The woman starts speaking in a language he never thought he would hear again; The language of his first life.

Which reminded him of the most recent memory he has, the pain of stubbing his toe. Leo's mind finally grasped what happened.

Frankly, these series of events were not too unfamiliar to him. He hypothesized that he died when he stubbed his toe and got reborn.

Now he needed to find where did he get reborn to.

The wome- His new mother started talking,

"This child is quite odd, don'tcha think john? He doesn't cry nor smile but is fully awake. "

A man's voice starts talking, presumably Leo's father,

"Yeah, pretty odd but hey let's hope he stays like that. It'd be pretty annoying to have an annoying kid, no?"

Leo's mother replies

"hm, yeah I guess. By the way, I decided that his name is Leo, okay?"

"what? I don't get a say in this?"

"No."

Leo thinks to his head,

"Looks like my luck is acting up again."

Leo's vision was still blurry as he is a newborn, so he can't determine his father's face since he hasn't come close.

Their voices were hard to decipher as Leo's ears were also of a newborn's. He could only hear them when they were close to him.

Leo pretended to be asleep so his parents put him into a crib. Once Leo was on the crib he immediately got surprised by the hardness of it.

It seemed either his family was really poor or he is in some remote area. He starts thinking in his mind,

"Well, guess time will tell but let's see how good this body is, also I should activate the restriction spell."

In his first life, he was a somewhat rich man with hidden ties, just living life until he died while trying to stop a deranged shooter.

Leo, in his previous life, was one of the most powerful cultivators of a top-ranked sect. He was secretly running the sect. You could say he was at the peak of his career.

So it is only natural that he knew a large myriad of techniques and spells. In that life, he also used an ultimate spell to lower his luck.

Luck does not mean only positive outcomes, it actually increases the probability of something that is unlikely to happen. So to keep a meteorite from not hitting him he constantly used this spell.

A whole series of events happened before he obtained this spell but thats a story for another time.

He feels much comfortable after doing that. Its refreshing knowing he won't die to a rare disease or something.

He then uses Stats spell, a special spell only the top tier people in his previous world knew because it was a new and developing spell at the time of his death.

Leo is shocked by the potential of blue magic and green magic. In his 2nd life, even the strongest he knew had a max of 250 of any type of magic.

Since stats can only be used on oneself, he did not know if it was normal to have a level in magic right after birth.

The Luck restriction spell is a type of green magic, so it trains green magic as he uses it. Since Green magic level is high, the usage of MP would be low. So he can keep it on for infinity.

"Well, this is a shocker. I must be some sort mage's or wizard's descendant." Leo thought to himself.

Leo remembers that his mother used a language from his first life. He realized that its probably his first world.

It was a world of technology, pollution and a hidden society of magic.

How did he know of a hidden society? because he was a part of it. He wasn't that good at it though.

"Wow, back here, huh. Brings back memories, bad memories."

Few moments of silence pass by,

"I should start cultivating too."

Leo initializes particle detection.

Magic and cultivation go hand in hand. They compliment each other. One uses particles the other circulates it.

It's quite to difficult to grasp but if one does so successfully, they become an unparalleled force.

Leo detects a vast amount of water particles, not just any water particles, ocean water particles.

"Woah, the ocean particles are everywhere. Up, down, left, right, front and back."
