Leo was astonished by the amount of water particles around him.

Leo also realized that the temperature of the room he was in was high, maybe 35 degrees Celcius (95F for American Folks).

Leo could tell by the number of red particles.

Leo didn't waste time thinking of stuff that he would learn eventually anyway.

He started thinking of a cultivation technique that would use water particles.

"Maybe the 'Typhoon's eye' or should I use 'Aqua Master'"

"Well, I guess I should start with something that gives me a strong foundation."

Leo went through his memory in search of a good technique.

The best he could find was "Ye's Aqua Theory".

It was a technique that he found in an artificially created sea in his previous life. A sea soo vast, that the horizon would go for days even if Leo was cruising at top speed at his peak cultivation and magic level.

A sea unparalleled in size was created by one man, Ye. Hence, Ye's sea.

Leo went there for adventure and found many treasures while he was there. One of them was the Aqua Theory.

This technique, if mastered would make the wielder a water god; The user of the theory would become Poseidon. A mythical god that controls water.

Leo started circulating the water particle in the method prescribed by Ye. He soon feels soothing coolness engross his body.

The Aqua Theory by Ye is split into 10 levels, each has a primary, middle and late stage.

The levels go as Child Mariner -> Mariner...

Right after he circulated the magic particles through Ye's Aqua Theory, he became early stage Child Mariner.

Since Leo is cultivating while he's a newborn, his progress will be a bit slow. But it doesn't matter as he has time and the speed of cultivation will increase as he grows.

"Why must I do this?" Leo was thinking.

He was being b.r.e.a.s.t-fed by his mother, Agetha. It was quite the spectacle for a former successful secret leader of a top-ranked sect to be b.r.e.a.s.t-fed.

A few weeks passed by, Leo's parents kept him inside only. He also met his other relatives, most important of all, he met his grandmother.

After only taking a glance he knew that she was a mage. He felt the concentration of particles around her.

When his Grandma saw him, she held him and said

"This is a good seed."

He also got to see his father as he held him too.

Leo's vision and hearing got better as he aged.

After being fed, he was put onto the crib where he started practicing again.

Soon a month passed.

Agetha, Leo's Mother puts Leo on to the crib.

"Well being b.r.e.a.s.t-fed is so bad I guess. I don't have teeth anyway." Leo thought.

He wasn't taken out his room yet but he knows that he's somewhere in the ocean as he noticed the smell and noise of sea birds, not to mention the water particles as well.

Leo simultaneously keeps circulating the Aqua Theory while keeping luck restriction spell activated. It's quite tiresome.

Suddenly the wooden door creeks open, a child and an old lady enter.

It was granny Mio, Leo's grandma and the child was Leo's big sister, who's about 12 years old. Granny Mio starts speaking

"Hey Granny, why is it always so cool in Leo's room? The magic in the air is also so refreshing."

"hmm.... yeah, it's quite strange. Oh, look, baby Leo is awake."

Granny picks Leo up and holds him. His sister looks at him and says

"Baby Leo is weird. He never screams, cries or laughs unless he's hungry. Even then, after he's full, he stops crying."

She looks at Leo and tries to make funny faces.

Mia (Leo's Sister) : "Maybe..."

Leo takes his hand out of the towel that wraps him tightly. He then points at the door.

Mia: "Granny look, He's pointing at the door, maybe he wants to go outside."

Granny: "For a month old child, he's very intelligent. Well, some are born with innate skills, maybe this is Leo's."

The trio head towards the door but it opens before they reach it. It was Leo's parents. They were drenched in sweat.

Agetha: "Mother don't go outside, the heat is scorching today. John almost overheated"

Granny: "For a man like John to overheat. Must be really hot."

Granny puts Leo back into the crib.

Leo's father has been a little cold to him. He assumes that he was an accident.

Leo gives no attention to this and starts circulating the ocean particles. He casts a simple spell called cool down without incantation.

The surrounding area's temperature went down by 10 C. Leo estimates the spell covers around an acre radius of land.

The others in the room felt the sudden change in temperature and were left astonished.

Granny: "What the f**k was that? I haven't felt this type of temperature in years!"

Agetha: "This is amazing! This coolness, I wish it could stay forever."

Granny puts Leo in the crib and starts conversing with Agetha and John.

Meanwhile, Mia looks over the crib and stares into Leo.

Mia: "It was you, wasn't it?"

Leo stares back.

Mia: "I got my eyes on you."

Soon they all left. Leo was left by himself as he doesn't make any ruckus usually.

His parents take of his silence as gifts from God as he doesn't interfere with their day job.

Time passes slowly, as Leo practices his techniques and spells. After awhile he falls asleep.
