Water World Cultivation

-The story continues-

The shorebird continues to glow. A whole hour passed by and the glowing hasn't come to an end.

During the time passed, Leo saw the bird kept growing and growing. The bird's body grew proportionally and a deep blue crystal also started forming on its forehead.

It grew until it became the size of a mid-sized eagle.

Leo used magic particle detection and notices that the surrounding ocean particles were being s.u.c.k.e.d into the center of the blue crystal.

This is not the first Leo is witnessing spiritualization but its the first time he saw one last this long. It's quite astonishing even for him.

The shorebird finally stopped glowing and opened its eyes. Light shone into it. It was the first time the bird saw this many colors. It had gained some level of intelligence and knew that it had become superior in many aspects.

It stretched its wings and realized that it spanned the entire crib. It remembered that a few moments ago if he stretched his wings it would've been a third of the size only.

It finally notices Leo and feeling of longing and love burst throughout its body. It knew that Leo granted him this body. It bowed towards Leo as if he was its King.

Leo was quite happy with the results. He went and hugged the bird. It felt fluffy and warm. He decided to name the bird, Buddy.

Leo then connects to Buddy's body through magic. He reviews Buddy's body for the changes made by the unnatural spiritualization.

He notices that Buddy's bones and muscle were now multiples times stronger. The muscles likely were ripped and repaired throughout the process to make them bigger. Buddy's claws had the sharpness of a medical tool. Buddy's strength now was even more than Leo's.

Leo estimates that Buddy could probably fend off a killer whale.

He also notices that special particles made only through "Ye's Aqua Theory" were present.

Leo theorizes that the Aqua Theory is a part of him now. He also thinks that Buddy might be able to cultivate too.

Leo also found that Buddy was a male. He thought that at some point he should get a female shorebird so that Buddy does not become lonely. But that was for another time.

He lets go of Buddy and commands him to go outside and fly. Although Buddy was hesitant to leave Leo's side, he left through the window and found its way to an opening through magic particle sensing.

Magic Particle sensing uses magic particles to feel the area around the user without even looking, only through feeling particles. Its range depends on the user.

Buddy stretches his wings and flips it once. Enormous power was released and Buddy lifted off with speed. The change in wind pressure was felt by everyone in the building.

Even Buddy was scared by his strength as he was not used to it. But, thanks to his newly found intelligence he calmed down and started learning how to control his strength by adjusting his wings and muscles.

Buddy also started flying in circles.

Back in Leo's room, Leo was also baffled by the change in wind pressure but, knew that it was most likely caused by Buddy.

He then used magic to pair with buddy's eyes to see what Buddy's was seeing. Leo's Mind started receiving a live video with audio. It appeared in his mind.

Leo was taken away on how his surrounding were. He saw only the three towers he previously saw, and few other towers and water until the horizon. He knew that they were in the ocean but, to actually witness it and through a bird's eye view at that, was very surprising.

Leo then started thinking about Buddy again.

Buddy only has limited intelligence but Leo estimates that Buddy will likely gain more intelligence as he cultivates. This reminded Leo that he could use 'stats' on buddy since they can share senses.

'stats' Leo incanted.

Everything was normal for a spiritualized Beast except its potential for Blue Magic. Leo deduced that 'Ye's Magic Theory' was likely the culprit again. Leo wasn't surprised anymore but he was still interested that the cultivation technique could change a body so much.

Leo starts looking at the video feed again. He looks at his tower this time and notices an inaccessible small platform on the outer wall of the building. Leo communicates with Buddy through magic and tells him to use that platform as his nest.

Although Buddy wanted to live beside Leo, he could not go against Leo's words and started preparing to make a nest in the inaccessible platform.

Leo's cuts the connection with Buddy and starts reflecting on the events that occurred. They were fun for him, he found Buddy and even got a greater grasp of the world.

While reflecting, he was also cultivating. He suddenly felt weightlessness and extreme pounding within his meridians.
