Worlds Conquering Necromancer

"Everyone, retreat a little! Rocky, help me build a wall able to stop those grenades. Mages and archers, concentrate on the guys throwing grenades. Try to kill before they throw them. Hulk, protect them."

Emily organised her forces once again and started chanting together with her earth mage. Soon, a wall raised from the floor.

Even though it was thick and sturdy, it couldn't resist long against grenades.

"Ledia, go infiltrate the enemy and if possible, get some grenades and the way to make them. Then throw them into their grenade reserves. We're gonna blow em' up! Drago, go on the frontline and distract them. Hurry, the wall won't last for long!"

The s.u.c.c.u.b.u.s kobold easily infiltrated the enemy ranks, while the blood warrior was going on a rampage. Ledia got to know the grenades locations. They were brought from a room nearby to the middle of the kobold army, where the high kobolds resupply.

She got in that room without any problems thanks to her beauty and mind controlling skills. In that room were thousands of metal balls, and in the middle some kobolds were working on another bunch of explosives.

She saw how they were making dust from some egg shells then put it in those balls. She took two balls and ran back to the door, before throwing one in and taking cover behind the walls. From one explosion resulted a chain reaction and all of them blew up.

She then ran to the middle of the army and once again threw the grenade in the pile of balls, blowing them up and 2-3 hundreds of enemies, half of the remaining high kobolds included, and then ran back as fast as she could.

Seeing that, the queen and king kobolds went mad. They ordered the monsters to kill the enemy at all cost. Even the females attacked, with the exception of the queen.

All this while, Emily was observing everything from above.

"Hell yeah! Good work, Ledia! Guys, get back in formation and advance. Drago, get back and recover."

The situation turned around again, the undead being on the winning side. Not long after, the king decided to enter the battlefield.

"Boss and Drago, he is yours." said Emily, before checking his stats.

"Well, he isn't a pushover for sure, but my guys aren't pushovers, too. Bat, Goldy, go and assist them."

Boss took the role of a tank, taking all the hits, while Drago was the main attacker, striking the less defended parts of the enemy. Goldy then started to destroy his armor and weapons and Bat assisted from time to time from above.

Everything went well until he started to use his fire breath and magic. Thankfully, Aqua, the water mage came in handy with her water barrier. Nonetheless, Boss took quite the damage.

When the kings HP reached 50, he went all out, neglecting his life. He used all his mana on a powerful AOE fire spell, taking down 4 ordinary undead subordinates. After that he attempted to attack Boss, but before he could, Drago cut his throat then inserted the daggers in his eye sockets, all the way to the brain.

The king fell down and thrashed a little, before finally leaving this world. The kobolds started to panic, but still fought to their death. In the end, only the queen remained, protecting the eggs.

"Good job, guys! The last leap remained, so advance with caution."

Robin and his guys attacked the queen continously with their bows and arrows, while the queen just stood in place, trying to protect the eggs with her body, sometimes roaring from the pain. Some arrows were repelled by her scales, so it took quite some time before she finally gave in and died.

Emily then put all their corpses in her inventory and ordered for the eggs to be carried back to the cave safely.

"I'll take care of them and make my army more versatile and numerous. For now, I have to rise more powerful undead. This battle was a risky one, and I've lost too many guys here."

She reached level 12 after the battle and gained a lot of corpses for undead. Ledia also obtained the way to make grenades. The ball could be made from anything, but it must contain inside pulverized kobald egg shells. To make the grenade explode it's necessary to infuse some mana into it before throwing.

They reached the cave pretty fast, but had to travel back several times to take back all the eggs. In total, they had 500 eggs.

The ones at the cave were surprised seeing Emily as a lesser vampire, especially Ramiya. Emily was a lot prettier than she thought.

It was decided to make a new room in the cave for the kobold eggs. Also, while Emily was away, around 30 male goblins were born, some even reached a.d.u.l.thood already. They were continously trained and taught to become excellent soldiers.

To appease the goblin women and to start making a civilized society, they were given the right to walk freely in the cave and watch their offsprings training.

Emily decided to stay at the cave until she used all the corpses at her disposal. She was able to make just 8-9 lesser vampires a day, so it would take a lot of time, but she thought it was worth it.

A week after, a new problem appeared. The food supplies were slowly reducing while the population was rising.

Luckily, they had different seeds from the Brisa village that are good for cultivation. They decided to make fields from the cave's surroundings and surround them with walls made with earth magic. Working in the fields were the goblin women, as they had nothing to do except eating and making babies.

Patrolling on the walls were the skeleton archers and spearmen. From afar they could be mistaken as humans, so in case someone will pass by, there's a chance they won't attack right away or gather an extermination party.

Everybody became livelier as they now had something to do. Sparky, the fire mage, was always in the kobold eggs room, maintaining a favorable temperature for them to hatch. Aqua was trying to make a sewer system based on Emily's instructions and ideas.

Emily was resurrecting undead and training in magic and melee combat. Robell was usually playing with the goblin kids in their free time, while Ramiya and Leyla were instructing them and explaining more about the world to Emily.

Time ticked and soon a month went by. Ramiya knocked at Emily's room door in the middle of the night, with a slight blush on her cheeks.

"May I enter?" she asked.

"Yes, come in."

She then entered and took a sit on the bed near Emily.

"You know, you did a lot for me- no, for everyone here."

"Ram, stop it already. We talked about this before. What's the matter?"

"Well, everybody discussed and decided that it's time to name this place. We chose Emilburg."

"Pf-f Hahha, what kind of name is this? Let's think of something else. How about Cavetown?"

"It's good, but-"

"No 'but's, it's decided. We'll tell them tomorrow, so go get some sleep."

Ram wanted to say something, but decided to stay silent and go to her room.

'Am I that ugly?' she thought.
