Enigma: Being Chased By A Sly Ghost Husband

Chapter 3 - An Unique Beginning [3]

Frustration showed on the faces of the reporters and photographers. One of reporters sat on the couch whilst an anger filled expression sat on her face.

Slamming her notebook on the table, the female reporter crossed his leg, and letting out a groan, she vocalised, "Why the hell is he not here yet!? What does he take himself for!? He is just—"

The female reporter's mouth immediately stopped when the door in front of her opened. Tucking his hand inside of his pockets, Ahn Jaein stepped into the room wearing a wide smile on his face. Using his finger, he dropped his hood off his head. His Secretary followed after him whilst wearing a worried expression.

The Female Reporter stood up at that moment and bowed. Ahn Jaein walked towards the couch and sat down upon it. As he crossed his legs, he propped his head above his hand.

"Reporter Shin, you would look more beautiful without that frown on your face," Ahn Jaein vocalised after he read the name on her ID Card.

A small blush coloured the Reporter's face as she coughed and questioned, "CEO Ahn, can we get started with the interviews?"

Leaning back against the couch, Ahn Jaein wore on a lighthearted expression and said, "This soon? Have some drinks first."

Turning back to face Secretary Kim— who stood beside his couch— Ahn Jaein ordered, "Why are you standing here? Get something cold to drink."

The Reporter said, "CEO Ahn, we are really fine. We don't need the drinks."

Facing the Female Reporter, Jaein, wearing a straight face, said, "I wasn't talking about you, Reporter Shin."

The polite smile on the Reporter's face almost cracked, amd Secretary Kim stared at them apologetically. Taking in a deep breath, Secretary Kim placed his palm upon Ahn Jaein's shoulder.

"Our refrigerator is out of drinks, CEO Ahn. Finish the interview first, and you can have as much as drink as possible after that," Secretary Kim vocalised.

Widening his eyes, Ahn Jaein turned back, and glaring upon Secretary Kim, he expressed, "What do you mean by no drinks? Why do I have such incompetent employees?"

Secretary Kim was very close to banging his head against the wall. Although CEO Ahn was a genius and extremely talented when it came to anything related to games, his personality made him unbearable.

"CEO Ahn, I am sorry for my incompetency and will accept any punishment from you. But please, I beg of you to do the interview," Secretary Kim said before he bowed.

Ruffling his hair, Ahn Jaein let out a frustrated sigh, and he said, "Alright, I'll just do this stupid thing."

Hearing the word 'stupid', the anger within the Female Reporter increased, and her irritation was clearly visible upon her face.

Looking at the Female Reporter, Jaein stated, "Get started with your questions. I have a level to pass."

Holding in her urge to scream and throw her notebook at him, the Female Reporter turned the pages of the notebook. After she found the page she was looking for, she raised her head to stare at Ahn Jaein.

She then voiced out, "CEO Ahn, it is known among the others how you single-handedly found this business, and using your efforts, you climbed this high. Your company is one of the successful gaming companies in South Korea. What is your secret to this success?"

"What is your secret to this success?"

Sitting down on the couch whilst sipping on her banana milk, Shin Ryujin watched the. Before going to the interview, Ryujin thought that it would be better to get to know the CEO first.

From how he looked, Shin Ryujin judged him to be someone sloppy and troublesome. Nonetheless, despite how he appeared, the achievements he earned were remarkable.

Ryujin's eyes stared at the screen and waited for his answer. Ahn Jaein curved his lips to a smirk.

Pointing his hand towards his brain, Jaein arrogantly replied, "It's this thing here that helped. I have nothing to thank for success expect for my brain."

"Aish! So arrogant," Ryujin mumbled.

The Reporter wore on an awkward side and nodded her hands. After writing down his words, she then stared at him and vocalised, "CEO Ahn, I have heard that you're developing a new type of racing game. Can you give us a sneak peak at how it will be?"

"I can't. Those bastards without talent out there look for such opportunities to copy," Jaein answered.

Hearing his answer, Shin Ryujin laughed and expressed, "What type of answer is that?"

Leaning back against her couch, Shin Ryujin sighed and said, "Ah! When will I get the chance to be this arrogant?"
