After Shin Ryujin was done with her shower, she hurriedly got dressed. Recalling about the warm breakfast which was set up for her made her be impatient.

L.i.c.k.i.n.g her lips, Ryujin opened the door to her room and rushed out towards the dining table with anticipation. Unlike Ryujin, Aera was extremely good at cooking although the girl was rarely able to cook due to how busy she tend to be.

However, after she took a glance at the dining table, the sparkle in her eyes instantly disappeared, and a frown appeared on her face.

Signs of shocks was visible upon her face when she saw how the food prepared was a mess now, and it looked nothing near to edible.

Water was mixed with the rice, and as for the side dishes, they were slightly spilled on the table while their colours were weird.

Ryujin clearly recalled about how she had locked the door, and looking around, she tried to search for the one who would pull such a prank on her.

While she searched about the room frantically, nervousness began to rise within Shin Ryujin, and she was on the verge of panicking.

She had an inkling that all the recent negative events in her life was connected, but she was unable to figure out the person behind it.

As Ryujin was about to enter into Aera's room, the lights of the apartment went off all of a sudden, and a gasp escaped from Ryujin's mouth at that.

She reached her hands into the pockets of her pants in order to search for her phone, but the device was not inside it.

An ominous feeling began to rise within Shin Ryujin while her heart began to beat rapidly within her c.h.e.s.t. As she swallowed her saliva, panic rose within her, and her heart began to feel heavy all of a sudden.

Gradually, it was getting difficult for her to breath, and the room was starting to feel suffocating to her. Her knees lost strength at that moment.

Sliding her back against the wall, Ryujin was about to sit down when a pounding headache went through her head.

Numerous photos went through her mind in that instant, but she was barely capable of making anything out of them. There was a certain person in those images.

Although that person's face was blank to her and she was unable to figure out the person's gender, she knew that person had to be someone important.

The pain kept on incrementing, and each passing second tormented her terribly in the darkness. Closing her eyes shut, she desperately craved to get away from this.

Her head was starting to get lighter, and Ryujin was on the verge of losing her consciousness. However, that did not matter to her.

Regardless of how it was, she craved to escape from this pain.

But before she was able to give in, the lights hit her eyelids, and she squinted her eyes open to stare at the blinding light. Relief spread through her c.h.e.s.t at that.

Instantly, the pain within her body was slowly decreasing, and although the light went out for merely five minutes, Ryujin found the experience being quite frightening. Even now she could feel her body trembling.
