Reincarnation: The Strongest Monster

After Lux finished the whole hawk he didn't know how he could eat such a big thing as well he fell asleep almost instantly. After he woke up it was almost dark only the moon was shining and he noticed a system message:

[Host aquired 10% bloodline of the lightning Hawk due to eating it's flesh but the percentage gained got reduced as a result of not killing the beast himself]

"Wow" exclaimed Lux "I can gain bloodlines from eating beings I didn't even kill myself. Well it makes sense after all their blodline is in their body, isn't it? But i shoud make myself rare before

other beasts notice that the hawk isn't alive anymore and come to get a bite out of my delicious self.'

Lux began to jog down the direction he fled before it was still the only way after all and shortly after there were a lot of trees again. Lux searched for a hiding spot where he wouldn't be detected by others. He found a little hole under a gigantic tree who was at least 70m in height. And between those roots was a hollow space 10m2 at most. Lux decided to stay here for the rest of the night and rolled himself into a ball.

He woke up to sense of danger and saw a rabbit in front of his new home It looked like the hole had an old owner who didn't want to give up his home. And yep a rabbit, that sounded cute but that was not what Lux thought in this second. It was 2m tall and 2m long it's whole body was covered with earthern plates and it had an extremley dangerous looking horn which looked like it could penetrate steel. The Rabbit looked extremely furios at Lux who was still frozen in his sleeping pose. He quickly regaind his composure and used observe on it to find out if he could beat it.

[Mutated Rabbit. When it grows it has to experience extreme pain cause the earthern plates are part of its body. Most beings of this species are insane due to intense pain and attack everything that isn't so strong that even they feel danger. It is very strong and hard to hurt but has a few weakpoints and pretty slow. Their horn can penetrate steel. Tank rabbits also live in packs of 3-5 but not to close to another. Their highest potential is earth rank.]

Lux jumped out of the hole.

"Okay so it isn't that strong. Maybe i can take it-"

The rabbit suddenly charged, Lux was interrupted and had to jump to the side to avoid getting hit.

Lux himself was 2m long but only 1m tall considering that he stood on all of his 4 feet.

He tried to analyze the weakpoints mentioned by the system while dogding the ferocious attacks of the rabbit. Luckily the rabbit only knew how to charge and it took him a few seconds to cancel his attack and turn around so Lux had enough time to jump around and attack him with his claws but doing almost no damage. Lux even tried to attack with his dragon flame but it only blackened his plates a little bit.

This went on for some time until Lux noticed the unprotected joints of the rabbit.

He had a insane idea. Waiting for the rabbit to charge again he avoided him narrowly taking a glancing blow in conclusion coughing some blood but managing to attack the rabbits joints. The rabbit collapsed and Lux jumped onto its back f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y opened its mouth and spat his dragon flame into it. The organs of the rabbit weren't protected it had a great impact this time so he got burned inside and died a pitiful and painful death.

Lux jumped off the dead Rabbit feeling extremely exhausted. Only now he noticed how much energy the fight took from him. A system message surpised him and let him jump almost 2 meters in height.

Huh it's not a lot XP Lux said disappointed "I need to kill at least 3 more to advance and lose that smell. He tried to eat the rabbit but couldn't remove the plates so he only absorbed him

Uh nice only 2 more rabbits for a complete bloodline ut for now I need to rest Im injured and the hole is to small for bigger Predators so I should be save here."

Lux stayed in his hideout until he was healed and began to hunt the other rabbits.

He did this for 2 weeks straight but only manged to find 2 rabbits. At least he completed the bloodline of the rabbits so he wasn't to depressed. But he had no interest in combining his 2 bloodlines cause he feared that he may lose his rabbit bloodline again which took so much time to collect. Not even talking about his hawk bloodline. Lux was extremely interested in it but he was to weak to hunt other hawks.

He got up early in the morning like everyday to search for another rabbit but he heard a system message:

[Host aquired enough XP to advance the next stage. Initiate Advancement?]

"Huh, but i only got 40 XP and i remember quite clearly that i need 50?" Lux asked in Astonishment

[Host got older by 2 weeks so XP got reduced by 10. Initiate Advancment?]

"Okay yeah sure do it I wanna lose that smell before others find me again". He got found by another hunter in the last 2 weeks but managed to hide and luckily the predator didn't have a strong sense of smelling.

[Forcible Shutdown of the user for 2 hours. Initiate Advancement.]

Wait 2- Before he could finish his sentence only darkness greeted him.
