SHINOBI In A World Of Magic

~ 1 year later ~

Another year has passed. Yohan had actually gotten another mangekyo sharingan, that being Itachi's. He is now also able to go into lightning chakra mode and had been testing out its power as well as practice nintaijutsu. Due to testing his jutsus in the forest, Archus has been alarmed due to the unusual aftermath left behind by him, making Hakono's guilds' mages monitor for any large dangerous creatures lurking near the periphery of the forest. Yohan had yet to encounter any mages.

His chakra reserves are extremely close to being sannin level. His chakra control has been improving dramatically, his chakra reserves ie. mana pool still had A LOT of room to grow and he can also perform 4 hand seals a second. With his current skill in jutsus he can contest against a group of about 10 first year magic academy students simultaneously. If he were to actually engage in combat he can fight more than 20 first year magic academy students at the same time, add [Wood Sage] and no amount of first years can take him on. Needless to say he became much more powerful than his beloved sister.

Amber had performed excellently in Advent. She participated as a first year rep in Hakono's annual magical tournament, being able to take 7th, two positions behind Cain, in the top 10 slots becoming one of the reps for Hakono in the annual regional tournament, however she lost in the second round.

There are 5 regions in Orbis: Vertice to the north, Megnil to the south, Silva to the east, Sprigg to the west and Arva at the center. Vertice was mostly a cold coniferous forest biome with a mountain range a bit further north which was a very nice place to ski. Megnil was a tropical place fairly warm throughout the year. Silva was mostly humid shrublands. Sprigg was mostly forests, nothing particular. Hakono was in the Sprigg region. Though each region was as large as Europe, only about one sixth of each region were inhabited by humans except Arva, where the capital Glave is, being close to one third.

Nonetheless it was an amazing feat that made the guilds in Hakono become more active in trying to recruit her. She had enjoyed a bit of celebrity status thanks to the media.

It has been another year, Yohan hadn't been slacking on his training or his grades and has been getting A+. Thanks to his shadow clones he could divide his attention while still reaping all of the benefits of doing both school work and combat training as if he did it full time. Stella had been sparring with Yohan, he was obviously going easy on her. In fact they were sparring at the school grounds, after classes. They've even gathered an audience.

"Hyaa!" Stella was naturally very nimble and combined with her wind magic, she was an extremely difficult moving target. Her fighting style pivoted on agility; attacking and retreating repeatedly. However Yohan with his 3 tomoed sharingan could easily deflect and dodge expending the minimum effort to win when in battle. He has been trying to master his sharingan so he could be proficient with it as Madara was who could distinguish the clones from the originals, though he is still a far cry from it for now. He was using some magic and it was on the most part fair since he had divided his chakra reserves with his clones in his kamui dimension. Stella already knows about his clones as well and was very envious that she could not have doppelgangers.

*Ding* *Clang*

Stella was using wooden practice daggers, while Yohan was using his war fan; He didn't need to change his weapon since it didn't have a sharp edge. The audience were no less mesmerized though, they fought almost as well as an academy student, since Yohan had decided to let himself look like so as to hide himself well.

"Hup!" Stella had dashed forward and landed on top of Yohan's war fan, however he just waved it back and Stella had to jump backwards. They exchanged many similar moves to this before Stella became out of breath.

"Woah!" "Amazing as always, Yohan." "You two are definitely going to be great mages." "Which academy are you going to?" "Heh, let's duke it out tomorrow." Yohan had made a few friends at school and they gathered and bantered with him. Stella also had a group of friends, in fact she was much more social and out going than Yohan who stayed within a small circle of friends.

"Yohan let's go home!" Stella spoke. Yohan packed his stuff and walked home with her leaving all of their friends and the audience behind. They shortly discussed topics they've learned, Yohan critiqued her techniques and movements, while Stella gossiped. When reaching the door at Yohan's home, Stella covered Yohan's eyes with her hands.

"Hey what are you doing?" Yohan gently tried to shake her off, but Stella kept her hands on his eyes

"Hehehe, shhhhh!" Stella was giggling behind him and led him into the house. They got into a dark room, Stella removed her hands and the lights turned on.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOHAN!" Everyone in the room shouted. Vincent, Vivian, Amber, Jerry and Joanne were standing around a chocolate cake with 10 candles. Yohan stood back and remembered, he was 10 as of today, 30th of January. Advent's campus was about four hours away by magic train from the Uchiha residence and Amber had gotten permission to leave earlier and be absent for a few days; they allowed her since she showed she was far ahead of the course and that it would not affect her performance.

"Thank you, everyone!" Yohan sweetly smiled. They sung the birthday song while he looked at the cake with impatience.

"Now Yohan make your wish!" Vivian said. Everyone was intently listening especially Stella sitting next to Yohan.

"I wish for ice-cream to go with the chocolate cake!" Everyone snickered. Yohan was notrious for his sweet tooth.

"One step ahead of you" Vincent had bought out some strawberry and vanilla ice-cream from the fridge. Everyone enjoyed their time, laughing, playing a few games, be it cards, board games or even video games. Amber gauged Yohan's growth during the time she was there, she was mumbling something about Cain's sibling losing to Yohan, but he ignored it.
