Time Traveling Hero

Chapter 11 - Unnamed Boy Spends The Weekend Doing His Hobbies

Big Luna, as I liked to call her sometimes, fell asleep on the couch, snoring lightly and peacefully, a small smile on her face. I put a blanket on her before turning off the television. I gave her a light kiss on the cheek, wishing her goodnight, before making my way up to my room.

I reached the door of my room before sighing. My lil' sis really doesn't deserve this, I thought to myself before walking into my room, where I would spend most of time this weekend.

I plopped down onto the bed before allowing myself to relax into the softness of my mattress.

Eh? You say I should describe the room? I guess I could do that, so I'll try my best to describe stuff without saying anything too major.

My room was the second biggest room next to my parents, who had the master suite. Inside, one wall was lined with two massive bookshelves. In one bookshelf, it was lined to the brim with books, some educational near the top, but for the most part, was filled with either light novels or mangas.

On the second bookshelf was anime figurines, ranging from badass anime protagonists to cute moe anime girls, some of them scantily clad. On the bottom half of the bookshelf was a wide variety of games I had played and beaten through multiple times, from old rpg's, to action games, to visual novels, and to fps's, I had played a variety of genres.

On the next wall, the one in front of you when you first walk in, where two large windows taking up about half of the wall, leading to a small patio outside overlooking the backyard. Next to those windows was a board, with one side being a bulletin board and the other a white board, which took up the upper-half of the remaining wall. Underneath it was my computer accompanied by a large monitor, along with my desk, which was filled with stray papers, and my rolling chair. Underneath my desk was a drawer with papers and some school supplies.

The next wall, the one on your right when you walk in, was my full size bed, kind of a mess from not being made this morning. On it was my teddy bear, given to me by my adorable sister. Underneath the bed was two drawers, one filled with socks and the other filled with old clothes.

For the final wall, there was a large drawer with a television on top, and around it was all my gaming consoles. In the actual drawers where t-shirts, pajamas, and u.n.d.e.r.w.e.a.r. Next to the drawer was my closet, filled with mostly comfortable clothes, with some more fancy attire for some events I went to with my parents occasionally. My shoe rack hung over the door, and the floor was covered with a rug that covered almost the entire floor, with it being so soft that I would occasionally fall asleep on it.

I g.r.o.a.n.e.d as I rolled around in my bed, not wanting to get away from the softness of my bed. After somehow prying myself off the bed, I grabbed a white t-shirt, some pajama pants, u.n.d.e.r.w.e.a.r, and a pair of socks before making my way to the bathroom upstairs, which was down the hallway. I passed by two doors on my way there, one leading to my sister's room, the other a guest bedroom. I made it into the bathroom and stripped down before jumping into the hot shower, playing my anime music in the background as I washed myself. Afterwards, I decided to get into the bath and soak there for a bit, and let my thoughts wander.

I had way too many events happen to me this week, and I honestly blame Model 114141 for it. And I can't forget about Eris either, I thought as I stretched in the bath. I hadn't even been planning on making any friends, since that would distract from my Luna time.

I put my mouth underneath the water and started to blow bubbles. But, not all of them are bad. Like Depra for example. And Caelus and-

I stopped my dangerous train of thought by splashing the hot water on my face, which I had quickly rose above the water. What the hell am I thinking anyway? I don't need friends, and I especially don't need that damn Hidden Club either. Luna needs me, and I need Luna. Nobody else matters. Without me, Luna would be...

And while he was loathed to admit it, he felt a twinge of sadness as he reaffirmed his resolve to spend time only with Luna.

I submerged my head completely before getting out, shaking off the stray water from my hair. I dried myself off before getting dressed, putting everything on except my socks. I made my way back to my room and turned the T.V. on before sitting on my bed, putting on my socks.

I turned on one of my game consoles and went to my anime streaming app and started to watch the show I had started earlier in the day.

I got underneath my covers and laid down, watching my show lazily. This was how I spent most of my weekends, doing my hobbies while mostly laying down in bed, where I would stay up late at night until I was too tired to stay up any longer.

I watched about 10 episodes before I had started to get really tired, to the point of where I would occasionally fall asleep during the show. Yawning, I stopped the show and turned off the T.V. and console before turning off my lamp and hitting the hay.

------------------------------------------------------------------

The next day I woke up late, around 11:00, and I went to the bathroom to go through my morning routine (brush teeth, swish, and wash my face), before making my way downstairs, where big Luna was making breakfast while wearing an apron.

"Hey big bro, stay up late again?"

"You know it, and I enjoyed every minute of it," I responded, yawning loudly.

She finished making breakfast and handed me a stack of pancakes with some gr.a.p.e juice. "Here you go, your favorite!"

I immediately grabbed the syrup and started to drown my pancakes in them. My sister just watched me eat, probably because she had been up for a while.

I started to scarf down my pancakes in glee, knowing this would probably also count as my lunch as well.

"Are you going out today?" My lil' sis asked hesitantly as she watched me drink some of my gr.a.p.e juice.

I burped loudly before saying "excuse me," and frowned. "I wasn't planning on it. Do you need some groceries for a meal or somethin'?"

She waved a hand in front of her before making a disgusted face. "Ew, that's gross bro! And yes, I actually do," she said before sliding me a sheet of paper, with a list of ingredients on them.

I scanned over the list before nodding. "Alright, I'll go after I eat. Do you think I should go in my pajamas?"

She gave me a light kick, nothing to painful, underneath the table. "Of course not! Only I'm allowed to do that!"

I couldn't help but chuckle at her reaction. "Alright, don't wander around the house too much alright?"

"Don't make it sound as if I can get lost in this place," she replied, pouting before crossing her arms, unintentionally showing off her well endowed c.h.e.s.t.

I finished eating my pancakes and washed the dishes I used before making my way back upstairs.

I put on some basketball shorts and a random t-shirt that matched. I then put lotion and deodorant on, brushed my hair, and grabbed my empty grocery bag before heading toward the door.

Luna was waiting for me, wanting to send me off. "This is the part where you say, 'Have a safe trip big bro!" right?"

"How did you know what I was going to say!?" she responded incredulously.

I patted her on the head before putting on my shoes. "A brother's intuition I'll call it."

I laughed before waving her goodbye, and I made my way to the store on Raijin.

I had Raijin land us a little aways from the store, so I wouldn't get people screaming in terror at a giant a.s.s bird landing in the parking lot.

I quickly managed to grab everything I needed, and I went towards the produce section to grab the last couple of things I needed, when I saw familiar short pink hair, crouching down in front of some fruit.

"Hmm, which one would work best," she muttered.

"Excuse me little child, but are you lost? I can help you find your parents if you want," I asked.

"I'm not a damn child!" Pinkie said, whirling around to find herself looking at me. "Ugh, of course it's the a.s.s. What the hell do you want?"

"Hey now, we're in a public space. There are children your age who can't hear such profanity."

"You little-!"

"Your the little one actually," I cut her off before she could continue.

She made a fist with her hand, trembling in anger. "You really are an asshole, you know that?"

"Cute characters aren't meant to get angry like that. Stay in your role and stop trying to be a tsundere."

"Huh? I really don't get you," she said as she got up and looked around. "Why are you here anyway?"

I lifted up my grocery bag. "Duh, why else?"

"I guess even assholes need to eat, huh?" she said sadly, shaking her head.

Rolling my eyes, I continued on. "Why are you here then? Up to some shady business?"

"I'm trying to find an ingredient of sorts, but I don't know which one will work best."

Wow, a serious response. "So you cook then?"

She tensed up before laughing nervously. "Yeah, that's it. I most definitely cook, and most certainly not anything else," she said before looking away.

Okay, not even going to ask what that was about. Too much trouble. "Well, I hate to ask this, but you need help or something?"

She looked shocked. "Who are you again?"

I gave her a light chop on the head. "Idiot, I just thought that someone as dumb as you would probably pick the wrong thing." Lie.

She pouted. "There you are, I knew you couldn't be that nice," she said before stopping to think. She glanced over at me before sighing.

"Yeah, I guess I could use some help. I'm looking for produce that would be a good base."

Huh? "A good base for what?"

"I can't really tell you that. I guess a good base for a drink, if I had to say?"

What's up with the obscurities? Does she want me to help her or not? "Well, for a good drink. Hmm..."

I scanned the produce, trying to find something that would work. I spotted two possibilities and grabbed both of them before making my way back to Pinkie.

I held up both of them in her face. "Strawberries or Kale."

She looked amazed at how quick I found some. "Um, Kale for sure! Wow, that actually works out a lot! How did you come up with that?"

"Smoothies. I thought of what would work for smoothies," I said, scratching my cheek at the sudden praise.

"Gee, thanks a bunch! Your actually not so bad you know!?" she said cheerfully, a grin on her face.

He didn't want to admit it, but at that moment, he thought to himself that she actually looked really cute.

I scowled before turning around. "A cute smile like that doesn't suit you. Go back to your swears," and before she could respond, I walked to the checkout.

After paying for the groceries, I hopped on Raijin and made my way back to the house,

"I'm back. Is this everything you needed?" I asked for confirmation from Luna who was reading a book on the couch.

She made her way into the kitchen and scanned the groceries before nodding. "I knew big bro could do it!" she said before hugging me tight.

I simply nodded before making my way back to my room, where I got changed back into my pajamas. I grabbed my necklace off of my desk and got onto my bed, crossing my legs so I could concentrate.

I looked at the key upon the necklace and took a deep breath. Well, here goes nothing.

--------------------------------------------------------------

After my experiment, one of many mind you, I looked outside to find that the sun was setting. I g.r.o.a.n.e.d and stretched my body, which was sore from sitting in one place for so long. I got off my bed and went downstairs, where I found my adorable lil' sis cooking dinner.

"Oh, you're done? Good, go wash your hands. The food will be done soon," she said, concentrating on her cooking.

I did as I was told and when I came back, there were two plates of curry and rice along with two glasses of water, one for me and the other for my sister.

I sat down and clapped my hands together. "Thanks for the food!" I said before quickly digging in.

"Ah, no matter what form you're in, lil' sis' meals always taste the best!" I said joyously.

"I'm glad big bro likes it! I made enough for leftovers, so we'll have this and pizza tomorrow," she said, pleased by my compliments before she ate as well.

When I got about halfway through my food, Luna raised a question.

"Hey, can we play something together?"

"Sure, what do you wanna play?"

Her face lit up in happiness. "Then, let's play that racing game!"

"So you can lose?"

She started to laugh haughtily, her c.h.e.s.t bouncing along with her. "Fufufu, I'll have big bro know that I've been practicing when he's not here. I'll beat you for sure!"

I smiled at her confidence. "Okay then, when you get finished, bring the game and console down here so I can show you that I'm not your big bro for nothing."

After I finished my food, I played a total of six Grand Prix's with my sister. I won all of them.

"Ugh! How are you so good at this!?" She said exasperatedly, throwing her hands down in a fit.

"You're a year and half too young to beat me. Come challenge me again when we're the same age."

"I'll have you know that I'm seventeen!"

"Oh, does that mean you'll never be able to beat me?" I responded teasingly, a small smile on my face.

"Tickle Attack!" and then I was suddenly bombarded with tickles, and I ended up laughing to the verge of tears.

"Alright, you win!" I exclaimed through my bouts of laughter.

She finally released me with a grin. "Yay! I've finally beaten big bro!" She raised her arms up in victory, leaving her defenseless.

A sly smile appeared on my face. "You may have won the battle, but you haven't won the war!"

I launched a tickle offensive of my own, and soon she was laughing so hard that she started to snort, in the cutest way possible of course.

"Uncle, Uncle!" she yelled out, tears streaming down her face as she was laughing.

I tickled her a bit longer before finally releasing her. She slowly got off the ground, still trying to get over my attack.

"It seems I've underestimated you, big bro," she said, holding her sides as she glanced over at me. "To think you would do a surprise attack!"

I shrugged. "All is fair in love and war, ain't it?"

She pouted. "I suppose that's true," she said as she got to her feet. "I'm going to take a shower now, so that means you can't get the luck shower scene every boy dreams of."

"When did I teach you that one!?"

"That's a secret!" she said, doing her usual pose. She then skipped away, towards the bathroom upstairs.

I sighed. Seriously, how does she know so much about these topics? I gathered the game console along with the controllers and brought them back to my room. I then started up a game that came out recently, a strategy game where I had to teach students in a church and lead them to victory in battles. I was after the time-skip, and was busy trying to figure out what master classes would go well with the units I had. Of course, the student's I just ended up calling them my children.

After playing through a couple of battles, along with micromanaging my children's goals and doing other things that needed tending to, my sister came in yawning.

"Big bro, you have to tell me goodnight before I pass out," she muttered, trying to wipe sleep from her eyes. Ah, too adorable.

I got off my bed and gave her a hug before kissing her forehead. "Goodnight, now go to sleep. It's late isn't it?"

Nodding in response, she shuffled her way out of my room, closing the door behind her. I continued to play for a couple more hours before going to bed.

The next day was similar to the last, except I didn't go out at all. I spent most of the day in my room, only going outside to use the bathroom and eat. And soon, it was nighttime once more.

Me and Luna were watching T.V.; it was some random romcom movie that came on, when I felt a slight tugging on my sleeve. I looked over to see big Luna looking a bit hesitant.

Oh right, I guess it was about that time. "You're scared right?"

She nodded then quickly snuggled up to me. "I don't like being alone when I go back, so can you stay here with me?"

I nodded before getting up from the couch and grabbing a blanket. "We'll sleep here today, that alright with you?"

"You know me so well," she murmured as she snuggled up to me underneath the blanket. She wrapped her arms around me and squeezed.

I stroked her white hair. "It'll be alright, just sleep. I'll be here the entire time," I said in a soothing voice.

I felt her relax, and soon her breathing became regular with her harmony of snores. I smiled at her and looked at the clock. It was about one minute before midnight.

I took a deep breath and sighed. The clock struck twelve, and a bright light radiated off Luna, and I felt her grow smaller until she was back to her normal size. I relaxed as soon as the transformation was over, and felt a wave of exhaustion pass over me.

I looked down at the now normal Luna and smiled. I soon drifted off to sleep, and there we laid, my weekend now over.

And thus, this was how a normal weekend went for the Unnamed Boy.
