3 Months passed by and Leo, still a child, was not taken out of his room. It's as if a mysterious force was stopping him.

There is a window, but, only some sunlight enters and it seems the concrete (The room is concrete structure) keeps on going. The window was indoors basically.

Leo then thought that he should lower the power of his luck restriction spell. (His luck is restricted so nothing happened)

It was quite possible that his lowered luck was the culprit. So he lowered the power of his restriction spell a bit.

In any case, Leo didn't care much about it, as he was more engrossed with cultivating and increasing his magic power.

He hasn't used stats in a while so incanted stats.

"Huh, air magic got added. Strange, I know all types of magic yet stats only show these and only recently added Air." Leo thought.

"Since 'stats' is a green magic spell, this probably has something to do with his level of green magic."

Leo assumes.

Leo wonders about the stats he saw. Suddenly Leo hears a Loud horn, he likens it to a very loud trumpet.

He assumes that the sound is a ship. Suddenly his sister, Mia, bursts through the door and says

"Leo, let's go! Since you have never seen a floating city and probably will never get to see one after this, I'm going to show you it."

She quickly picks Leo up and hurries out the room.

Right out the room she leaves the through a main door and onto the hallways.

She then jolts across the hallways and climbs through the stairs. Leo facing backward, was feeling nausea from the extreme movement as he was still in an infants body.

However, while moving he notices that the building is in shams and in need of serious repair.

After the rollercoaster of the ride, they reach the roof. Mia stops and lets Leo face forward.

Leo's eyes were greeted by intense sunlight, sounds of waves crashing and seagulls chirpings.

He also saw that the water starts right after the building's boumdary. And just over the horizon, was an enormous figure, a container ship.

He is struck with awe as the ship was likely a kilometer in length. It seemed that it was only passing by.

Leo quickly retained his emotions. He looks at his surroundings and found that there were about a dozen other kids looking from the roof.

There also two other towering structure rising from the sea. He could see human heads on them too.

Other than the towers and the ship, the blue water continues with seemingly no end.

He also noticed that the platform they were standing on was rather large and that the design on the platform looked familiar.

Leo realized that it was an 'H' and that the platform they standing on was a helipad. He realized that they were on a skyscr.a.p.er as there was a tall mast with a glowing red light.

Leo was quite baffled. He started thinking what could've possibly happened that made skyscr.a.p.ers coming from the bottom of the ocean.

Leo came to a conclusion, that the world had sunk. Well not sunk but the sea level has risen tremendously.

It was the most logical explanation.

Mia starts speaking.

Mia: "See that thing over the horizon? Its called a floating city. They move very slowly using electricity, I think. Well at least that's what Granny told me."

Leo wanted to ask her questions but his vocal cords had not developed yet. He had many questions like 'how often do they appear?' or 'what if a hurricane comes'.

It was rather excruciating for Leo for not being able to talk.

Leo noticed that Mia was sweating and so were the other kids. Feeling hot himself and pity for others, he casted 'Cool down'.

Mia: "Woah! The temperature went down! Hmmm..."

Leo stopped gawking at the scenery and rested his head on Mia's shoulders.

Mia: "Hmmmm... I felt magic. It came from you, Leo, didn't it?"

Leo nonchalantly closed his eyes and leaned onto Mia's shoulders, pretending to be asleep, as his only wish, for now, was completed.

Mia: "You must be born with some type of special blessing or something."

One of the kids came up to Mia and Leo.

???: Hey, Mia you felt the sudden drop in temperature?

Mia: Hey Alexi, I did feel the drop. Very strange.

Leo took a glimpse at Alexi. She was a tomgirl about the size of Mia and had tanned skin like everyone. Leo felt the presence of blue magic particles around her too.

Leo went back to resting on Mia's Shoulder and started contemplating whether his secret society from back then had become not much of secret now.

Alexi: That's your brother, right?

Mia: Yeah, this is my brother and he's probably the best baby there ever was.

Alexis: How is he the best?

Mia: Because he is always quiet and gentle.

Alexis: haha... uh... I'm sure he is.

Mia: Well, Gotta go, so, bye.

Alexis: Yeah, bye.

Mia then takes Leo back to the crib, however, she went slowly this time.

While in the crib Leo thought of what he should do in the future.
